The Canadian Climate Forum is proud to announce the launch of its latest Issue Paper:

Canadian Forest Products: Contributing to Climate Change Solutions

The Forum’s scientist and member Dr. Steve Colombo is the lead author. The Issue Paper examines the many facets of the forest industry and its products in relation to greenhouse gases and climate change.

In partnership with the Forest Products Association of Canada (FPAC) and the Canadian Wood Council, the Forum’s Dr. Colombo will speak to the many interesting topics presented in the Issue Paper at a panel event taking place at the Westin Hotel, Ottawa, November 19, 2015.

Join us as we discuss the value of Canada’s forest industry not only for its contribution to reducing climate change but also for a greener economy.

This is a free event and walk-ins are welcome. The Issue Paper will be available free at the event, and also from both FPAC’s and the Forum’s websites.
